A motion was made, seconded, and carried to approve the following items from the consent calendar without further discussion. Motion carried 5/0:
Association Attorney Pat Foran discussed the draft Shared Use Agreement with the Elwood Apartments. A motion was made, seconded, and carried to send the draft Shared Use Agreement to the Elwood Apartments. Motion carried: 5/0.
A discussion was held regarding the proposed 2022 Budget. A motion was made, seconded, and carried to table the budget approval until more information is reviewed by the Board. Motion carried: 5/0.
There were no Homeowners present to participate in open forum.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:23 PM to enter Executive Session.
At 9:44 PM the General Session was reconvened to vote on a resolution. A motion was made, seconded, and carried to terminate the Management contract, and transition Management services to The Management Trust, effective January 31, 2022. Motion carried: 5/0.
