Meeting

Continuation from budget meeting on 10/16/2019.

Introductions of board members.

Pool monitoring and safety is biggest concern and cost for community. Average price for pool monitors is $125/hr per person, this would include testing pool waters and systems. This would save some money so Wet Kat would not have to charge for visits to do this.

Chris again reviewed reserves and reserve allocations. We’ll be able to limit increase to $5 per month and will review again in one year.

Pickle ball lines have been added to the basketball court near the dog park.

Bill will work with Al’s Garden Center for holiday baskets at neighborhood entrances. Working with Al’s, instead of ProGrass will create a savings or our community.

Discussions about selling the pool and possibly building a “private” pool for Taralon homeowners. Board approves assessor to give opion and Chris to talk to the city to see what our options are.

Still haven’t replaced air hockey table and will continue to find appropriate, family friendly game to replace.

Holiday event will take place Saturday, November 30th. Photos with (or without) Santa, cookies, cocoa and clowns lined up.
